Rockline’s China facility is located in the city of Shunde in the Guangdong province. With capacity for over 60 million packs per annum and over 10 production lines, our plant has the capability to produce all formats of wet wipes.
Production
Rockline South China are able to design, develop and deliver every type of wet wipe format that is on the market today and have been a key driver in new wet wipe innovations.
Coupling Rockline’s world-renowned Global Product Development expertise with low capital investment and speed-to-market benefits from the plant have led to a multitude of industry-leading products for both retail and branded customers.

- Inter-folded wipes for Baby Care
- Z-folded wipes for Home Care
- Cross-folded wipes for Facial and Personal Care
- Extensive capability to manufacture canisters
Our state of the art production lines have in-line metal detection and use high quality operational processes to maintain high quality levels.
Quality and Continuous Improvement
Rockline South China is one of very few manufacturers in China to be awarded the BRC Quality Certificate, which is recognised as the leading Quality System by European retailers.
The site has the following certifications:
- BRC approved
- Medical ISO 13485
- Certificated to produce Nordic Swan
It has its own internal microbiology laboratory as well as a modern chemistry laboratory to provide quality assurance for the safety and quality of incoming raw materials.
